Cabin Policies

• A deposit is required to make your reservation, which is charged to your credit card the day of reservation. A confirmation will be mailed to you. As of October 1, 2007, there is a two week cancellation policy, if you cancel within this time frame we will credit your account 75% of the charge. We're sorry, but after the two week time frame, there is no refund given. Payments can be made by cash or credit card only. MasterCard & Visa accepted. Payment made by cash will still require a credit card to cover theft or damages. Balance due is to be paid at check-in.
   
• Check in time is 2:00 PM, earlier if cabin is available.
   
• NO SMOKING – We ask for your respect due to the hand painted murals and taxidermy mounts displayed in each cabin.
   
• DISHES MUST BE WASHED AND PUT AWAY BEFORE DEPARTURE – There are no maid services available as we do not allow anyone to enter the cabin after it is rented to you.
   
• We ask that you use the entrance driveway for VEHICLES ONLY. Snowmobiles will not be permitted in this driveway. Use the snowmobile driveway from the trail to enter and exit. This rule is for respect of our residential neighbors.
   
• No snowmobiles will be permitted on the front decks.
   
• NO PETS ALLOWED – We do have kennel services available one to eight miles from our facility.
   
• Any damages or theft to the cabins will not be tolerated.
   
• Everyday cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. If you would like clean towels, bring your used towels to the office each morning and we will be happy to issue fresh towels in exchange.
   
• Please be aware that there is a minimum $100.00 charge for cleaning services if dishes are not washed and properly stored in their respective cabinets, or smoking has taken place in any of the cabins.
   
• You will be solely responsible for all costs related to damages incurred during your stay.
