For special
events week/weekends there is a two-day (2)
minimum stay required. Examples of special
events week/weekends would include, MTU
graduation, MTU Winter Carnival, Christmas
to New Years, etc. Your deposit and FULL
PAYMENT will be due one (1) month prior to
check in.
There is also a two-day

minimum stay required on weekends, either Fri./ Sat or Sat/ Sun.
The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your reservation 72 hours in
advance will result in no charge minus
your nonrefundable deposit amount. Your
deposit amount is transferable up to ONE
YEAR from the booking date.

Canceling your reservation less than 72
hours or failing to show will result in
a charge to your credit card of the full
reservation amount.
Sauna Hours &
Rules
- Sauna is open 24
hours unless we receive a call of
disturbance or misuse, it is to be used
by our registered guests only.
Additional guests must pay $10 per
person, payment to be made during office
hours and day of use. PLEASE NO
GLASS ITEMS IN SAUNA.
Cabin
Policies
- A deposit in the
amount of one night's stay is
required to make your reservation, which
is charged to your credit card the day
of reservation. A confirmation will be
mailed to you. The deposit is
non-refundable. Payment can be made by cash or credit
card only. MasterCard & Visa accepted.
Payment made by cash will still require
a credit card to cover theft or damages.
Balance due is to be paid at check-in.
- Check in time is
2:00 PM, earlier if cabin is available.
NO SMOKING – We ask for your respect due to the hand painted murals and taxidermy mounts displayed in each cabin.
This is a non smoking
property. A $200 fine plus a $100
minimum cleaning fee will be applied if
smoking occurs inside any cabin, sauna
area or great room. A $10 fee will
apply to each cigarette butt found at
your cabin site upon check out. We do
not allow use of vape pens or e-
cigarettes or use of medical or
recreational marijuana.
DISHES MUST BE WASHED AND PUT AWAY BEFORE DEPARTURE – There are no
maid services available as we do not allow anyone to enter the cabin after it is rented to you.
We ask that you use the entrance driveway for VEHICLES ONLY. Snowmobiles will not be permitted in this driveway. Use the snowmobile driveway from the trail to enter and exit. This rule is for respect of our residential neighbors.
No snowmobiles will be permitted on the front decks.
NO PETS ALLOWED – We do have kennel services available one to eight miles from our facility.
Any damages or theft to the cabins will not be tolerated.
Everyday cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. If you would like clean towels, bring your used towels to the office each morning and we
will be happy to issue fresh towels in exchange.
Please be aware that there is
a minimum $100.00 charge for cleaning services if dishes are not washed and properly stored in their respective cabinets, or smoking has taken place in any of the cabins.
You will be solely responsible for all costs related to damages incurred during your stay.
